Your board is working to get everything ready for the 2021 season. Here is who we are:

Forgot your Membership Card? No Problem
We no longer use membership cards. Now the gatekeepers have a list of the members of your family (membership includes everyone in your household). Just tell the gatekeeper your names to enter (please bring ID to the first visit of the season). We do need you to check in on entry every time you visit so in case there is some kind of emergency (perhaps the big quake, perhaps a medical emergency), we know who is present and can account for everyone's safety.
Forgot the Guest Passes? Also No Problem
We now track your usage of guest passes. We no longer distribute and collect paper guest passes. Nothing about our policy has changed: every family still gets 30 free passes per year and the cost of extra passes has not changed. Any time you visit the pool, you can see your tally of guest pass usage, which dates they were used and how many remain.
These two changes don't really help or hurt how we operate the club. Instead, we are doing them to make enjoying the pool a little simpler and easier--one or two fewer things to remember to bring there, no hassles finding guest passes you may not have used in a while.

Pool Parties
Up to 8 guests per family are allowed without prior approval. Parties of up to 10 guests are allowed with Board approval. Email fhswimming@gmail.com to request approval or be placed on the Pool Party Calendar
to avoid overlapping other parties.
