FAQ: When are membership dues due?: March 15th
What are the possible late fees?: If dues are unpaid, a late fee of $10 will be charged on April 1 and each month following. If dues remain unpaid into early July, the membership may be sold and may become property of the club as described in our Bylaws.
How many members does one membership include?: A single membership allows all permanent residents of the household to enjoy our club.
Can I bring guests: Yes, there is a maximum of 8 guests at a time per member family without prior Board approval (and up to 10 with approval). Member's children may not bring more than two guests at a time unless accompanied by a parent. Member families receive 30 guest passes per year. Guests may also pay a $3 fee in lieu of the pass but must be accompanied by a pool member at all times.
When are the work parties and why do I want to attend?: Come join us for 3 hours on Saturday, April 18 (9am-noon) and prep the pool prior to season opening. By doing this you will have your gatekeeper fee waived.
* Deposit will be refunded to you when you choose to sell your membership, and your membership sells. If membership dues are left unpaid your deposit is forfeited. ** Unfortunately, we will not have a Work Party in 2021. In normal years, the Gatekeeper fee is waived if you join the 3 hour Work Party in April where you assist in prepping the pool area for opening (weeding, painting, cleaning, tree trimming etc). No special skills needed.
